5.5.1. Tell a story with honest charts#
Reuse a real dataset already supplied in this chapter and state a question requiring a distribution, comparison, or relationship chart.
Create the appropriate pandas plot and justify labels, units, scales, color, and any aggregation. For a date series, show a resampled view and a moving average.
Compare the plot with underlying values and explain how a different axis or time window could mislead. Distinguish trend, seasonality, and smoothing from a causal explanation.
